The Origin of Our Story.
Nayko Naturals curates natural, handcrafted, preservative-free skincare products that get back to the basics. No need to be intimidated - you can pronounce all of our ingredients. Our founder was shocked to find out that 80% of store-bought body butters are water. She consciously formulated our products without water-based ingredients, eliminating the need for numerous preservatives and other synthetic elements. By getting back to the basics, we’re able to focus on effective ingredients that your skin desires.
The Origin of Our Name.
Nayko Naturals is a combination of two words that are very passionate to the business. During the Coronavirus Quarantine in May 2020, our founder was listening to the Jill Scott and Erykah Badu Verzuz battle and was getting all of the sisterly feels. The sisterhood that these two displayed made our founder think of her sister-in-law, who passed away in 2018. Ney Ney was her nickname. Ney Ney started her entrepreneurial journey in the skincare and wellness space in 2016 and was very passionate about women meeting their needs through the right products. Our brand is focused on continuing her legacy by formulating natural products that meet your every need. The root word ‘eco’ (or eko) represents the clean, natural, eco-friendly nature of all of our products. We evolved Ney Ney into Nay. We put Nay and Eko together, and came up with Nayko! #NaykoNaturals
